The countdown has already started and we are excited to share this song with you!  The song is called, Different Tune, and Danny & I wrote it as soon as we boarded a plane on a little vacation getaway!  We also put together a music video, which will be released a few weeks after the digital download.....so get ready!

A little more about the new song, Different Tune:

We recorded this song at Winterland Studios in Minneapolis, MN, with one of our favorite engineers, Todd Fitzgerald.  As I was cutting the vocal track, we wanted another voice to give it some more texture.  Our daughter, Shay, was with us at the time doing some homework in the side room, so we coaxed her into singing the chorus with me and she nailed it the first cut!  So happy to have her join us on this one!

Danny Jerabek, (my better half), wrote the music to this one and it had been sitting in the archive for quite some time.  I loved it the first time I heard it and finally wrote the lyrics on a flight...inspired by a vacation getaway!  Danny played several instruments on this track....drums, bass, Rose cigar box guitar, keyboard, & percussion.  I played the acoustic guitar, percussion and vocals.  We recorded a music video, (that we will be releasing soon) in Cozumel as we were hanging out on the beach.
